Description
SAIC is seeking a strategic and proactive Stakeholder Manager to develop engagement strategies; conduct both senior-level and mission-user customer engagement and outreach activities; and develop and deliver briefings to senior leadership in support of the National Counterintelligence and Security Center (NCSC).
The ideal candidate will have both excellent written and oral skills; exhibit strong organizational skills; be an effective communicator and be able to prepare and deliver briefings to senior-level and working-level audiences; proactively engage with external customers; be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot between multiple activities while managing tasks efficiently; and conduct effective outreach.

Responsibilities include:
- Developing and recommending strategies for engaging different stakeholders across the government on NCSC's CI tools and capabilities
- Coordinating with senior leadership to align engagement plans with NCSC strategic priorities
- Conducting customer outreach by establishing and leading senior-level strategic steering groups and mission user working groups
- Developing and updating Command briefings and presentations, and briefing senior leaders as needed
- Capturing and tracking data metrics related to customer usage of NCSC CI tools and capabilities, and managing the customer relationship
- Relaying customer requirements to the decision- and requirements managers as well as the data providers
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly is required
- Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and ten (10) years or more experience.
- 3-5 years' experience within an IC Agency, preferably ODNI
- Excellent oral and written skills, with experience developing executive-level briefings and briefing to senior-level audiences
- Demonstrated use of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced mission environment which requires balancing competing priorities and schedules
- Broad understanding of the functions and interdependencies between the IC, DoD, and the Federal Partners
