Involved in the definition, management, and implementation of infrastructure projects for data center consolidation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Technology generalists that interface with internal Optum IT as well business clients
• Align technology solutions with business strategies, working primarily with senior management
• Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
• Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams
• Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business and or clients
• Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences
• Identify and implement innovative migration methods to align with business priorities

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years Project Management experience in a large enterprise environment managing infrastructure related projects- server infrastructure (physical & virtual), storage, networking, middleware, etc.
• Experience executing projects using Agile methodology
• Business analysis and project management
• Budget tracking and complex cost benefit analysis
• Very solid understanding of distributed technologies & architecture

Preferred Qualifcations:

• Ability to build and manage relationships across a large enterprise
• Interface and presentation skills to Senior Leadership
• Ability to influence decisions from top down and bottom up
• Solid analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600.
