What We Do: The Campaign Services team is at the heart of driving value for our customers. The Services team members report into the Director of Campaign Services, who is responsible for delivering operational excellence to Integrate’s strategic customers. Our focus is to align with our customers to understand their marketing objectives and help them build programs that will deliver results. We partner with customers to launch strategies, provide readiness planning, media partner onboarding, media plans, assets, and timeline reviews. We provide campaign monitoring and optimization as well as reporting and guidance to ensure optimal execution and reporting.

What You Do: The Director of Campaign Services provides leadership and guidance of the teams that support and provide services to our customers. This role will lead key teams as well as working directly with customers as needed to ensure high customer satisfaction.


Day-in-the-Life: As the Director, Campaign Services, a typical day may include the following

- Work directly with Managers and Team Leads to design a strategy around their customers

- Work proactively to improve processes and tools used to manage and influence business operations for the department

- Provide performance monitoring for all teams to track success

- Proactively work to understand quarterly or annual customer spend; use this information to help predict additional staffing

- Answer questions and aide in selling Professional Services for prospective customers

- De-escalate customer conflicts and escalations as they may arise

- Partner with Director of Operations to develop and fine-tune Workfront delegation process for all teams

- Participate in the on-going development and enablement programs to onboard future Campaign Managers and enrichment of existing staff.

Experience:

  • Proven ability to coach, influence, motivate, empower, and develop high performing teams
  • Experience working effectively with all levels of leadership
  • Experience partnering with Customer Success and handling customer escalation
  • Has proven success using data to analyze results and make data-driven decisions to identify and implement new opportunities
  • Integrate product experience preferred
  • 5-10 years of customer-facing experience
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Typical Office Environment: Requires extensive sitting with periodic standing and walking. May be required to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted. May be required to lift over 35 pounds using assistive device and/or team lift. Requires significant use of a personal computer, phone, and general office equipment. Needs adequate visual acuity, ability to grasp and handle objects. Needs the ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or on the telephone.


Integrate is continuing to hire with all interviewing and onboarding will be done virtually due to COVID-19. All new and existing Integrators will continue to work from home until it’s safe to return to our offices. When our offices re-open, we will provide the choice to work from home or return to work in an office unless a job requirement makes it necessary for a particular role to be performed at one of our offices.
