Perform multiple complex duties and research unique issues within the department.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Commit to Performance Based Organization (PBO) & Easy to Do Business with (ETDBW) philosophy.
2. Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement.
3. Manage multiple conflicting priorities & consistently meet deadlines.
4. Identify trends and problems.
5. Maintain procedure and process map changes.
6. Research and resolve complex and unique accounts.
7. Work with internal and external customers on resolving accounting issues.
8. Maintain files on problem accounts, items and transactions.
9. Provide information to other areas of the company.
10. Develop, maintain and distribute reports as necessary.
11. Provide backup support as directed by leadership team.
12. Provide training as needed.
13. Perform quality control functions as needed.
14. Work on special projects as assigned by leadership team.

EDUCATION:
Associate's degree or Bachelor's in Business or Accounting preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
2 - 3 years customer service, general office, accounting and research experience preferred.
Knowledge of Loan Servicing and/or Originations systems preferred.
