A Systems Engineers in this group will help guide the creation, installation, and support for systems in our attractions. We work with internal partners to achieve world-class guest experiences with interactive systems across Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Lines.
You will report to the Team Leader- Attraction Systems/Data Operations.
Responsibilities :

  • Show proficiency in working with all levels of individuals Experienced in project management, gathering requirements, building timelines and budgets for projects
  • Work with our Walt Disney Imagineering and FOS partners to contribute to new projects and attractions.
  • Produce status reports detailing project activities.
  • Develop proposals, including job assignments, scopes of work, validation plans, and procedures.
  • Contribute to new projects or business ventures that fit our strategy.
  • Work rotating shifts 1st-3rd shift.
  • Learn new systems with black box troubleshooting (minimal guides on the system).


Basic Qualifications :

  • 2+years experience with technical project plans
  • 2+ years experience with programming or software development
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting OS and software problems in Windows.
  • Entry Level knowledge of systems/automation tools such as CHEF, Ansible, or related systems
  • Documentation and training skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Git (GitLab/GitHub), including Merge Requests and code review.
  • PC/Controls System Hardware troubleshooting and configuration


Required Education :
BS in Computer Science, related field or equivalent technical experience
