The Sr. Systems Analyst- SAP Basis is accountable and manage the administration of the SAP platform. This role is accountable and responsible for system architecture to develop features and stories to maintain the technical health and monitoring of the SAP ecosystem. You will focus on partnering with solution architects within portfolios, shared service platforms and infrastructure to insure stability and continuous improvement of processes and capabilities in the administration of the SAP platform.

You Will:

• Perform Basis administration of SAP systems. This will include SAP systems such as S4, ECC, CRM, BW and BW4HANA. This will include activities such as managing system upgrades, managing transport domains in the SAP landscape, performance tuning and continuous improvement
• Active engagement with enterprise architecture and solution architects to provide strategic partnership and influence that creates technology and future state capabilities.
• Help manage roadmaps and strategic plans to ensure work continues to improve intended value / results
• Contribute to QA testing and release readiness activities
• Help establish architectural standards and validate through proof of concepts
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and IT Shared Services Architects to include design inputs.
• Participate in Product and agile team level ceremonies.
• Coach Systems Analysts on architectural standards and ensure they conduct quality audits on the Development Team's output .
• Oversee and provide guidance to IT Outsourcer for application administration, development, configuration, escalations, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Work with Product owner(s) and solution architect(s) to implement solutions that follow our Continuous Delivery and Agile processes
• Introduce and help coordinate change across all levels of the organization ensuring the adoption and maximum benefit of solutions
• Ensure strict adherence to all security / process procedures around the SAP ecosystem
• Manage communications between several members, and play an active role in Agile team

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information System or related field(s) or 5+ years in experience administering SAP systems in Unix/Linux and virtual environment
• Experience in many aspects of SAP Basis Administration activities like System Copy / Refresh, Client Copy/Export/Import, application upgrades and Support Packs, Kernel Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, Solution Manager maintenance planner, performance tuning and troubleshooting, transport management, configure SAP router for SAP access to applications
• Relate technical and business concepts to leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing SAP landscape in a virtual environment
• Experience with S4 landscape
• Experience with Oracle / SAP HANA Database
• Experience working in Continuous delivery model (Agile)
• Experience working within JIRA / Confluence

• Experience with a managed IT service organization (on-shore and off-shore teams)
