As part of the Freemium Business Unit, the fast paced, high impact Premium Propositions team is responsible for helping Spotify contribute to that goal through growing our paid Spotify Premium base. Prepaid represents a strong incremental growth opportunity for the business allowing us to tap into a new user base. The role will be a mix of business strategy and execution, with a balanced dose of program & stakeholder management.


We are now looking for an outstanding & highly motivated candidate to join the Premium Propositions team as a Senior Manager, supporting our global efforts to scale & evolve our prepaid business across Latin America, Africa & the Middle East!

What you'll do

  • Use data and research to identify initiatives to scale growth & retention for our prepaid plans
  • Coordinate marketing and launch activities globally in partnership with regional teams, R&D, marketing and other key partners
  • Independently run large research projects with users including structuring the research, managing the process and being accountable for actionable insights
  • Collaborate effectively across the organization, influencing other teams to get key business priorities implemented
  • Partner with the Business Analytics team to size initiatives, build business cases & measure performance of our initiatives against goals

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of experience within growth stage online consumer businesses, preferably in online media & entertainment or at a mobile start-up
  • Poses a strong analytical mindset and a demonstrated ability to use data & research effectively to generate insights and enable business decisions
  • You have a proven track record of leading and executing projects independently and getting things done in a cross-functional organization
  • You are an excellent communicator (both written & verbal) and are able to influence internal partners through establishing strong networks and collaborating effectively
  • You are a self-starter and highly comfortable with ambiguity and work effectively under pressure, often with challenging projects & deadlines
  • You have great instincts on what’s important and how to prioritize your time to drive maximum impact
  • You are comfortable working with team members across multiple geographies
  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
