Basic Function

The Senior Manager, Leadership Development will lead development and implementation of Leadership Development programs and learning in alignment with the Company's strategic plans. They will lead the design and execution of high-impact and sustainable leadership development programs, building capabilities of our future leaders and skills needed to help their team members thrive.

This position has global remit and responsibilities, and will be part of the enterprise-wide Talent team and report to the Associate HR Director, Learning & Organizational Development. They will partner with their Talent colleagues, global business leaders and global HR to successfully develop and deliver high impact leadership development solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Leadership Development will be responsible for the following:
* Provide strategic direction, leadership and execution of enterprise-wide learning and development for all leaders globally.
* Understand key business drivers, products, and strategy in order to effectively partner with global business leaders to identify and assess needs.
* Drive plans and solutions supporting the Learning Strategy across the company.
* Design and deliver high impact learning solutions to advance leadership capabilities and effective team management skills.
* Collaborate and demonstrate influence with outside vendors and the Learning & Development team to design blended learning offerings, including in-person, virtual, experiential, eLearning, social, and other methods of delivery.
* Leverage the Learning Management System and other learning technologies in the delivery of solutions, partnering closely with the Learning & Development team.
* Design metrics assessing and continually monitoring the leadership development offerings, ensuring sustainability and effectiveness.
* Responsible for identifying best practices and driving continuous improvements to elevate learning solutions.
* Own leadership alumni programs along with the design and implementation of ongoing leadership learning.
* Manage the leadership learning budget ($750,000).
* Own and manage team effectiveness tools and resources. Partner with leaders to assess, identify and deliver team effectiveness solutions, including coordinating a facilitator or facilitating.

Min. Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in related field preferred. Education within psychology, training, human resource management, operational excellence, or a related field would be preferred.
* 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development roles, along with experience leading a team.
* Experience in designing and launching the latest experiential learning solutions.
* Fluent in instructional design theory and practical application.
* Experience working in a global organization, building and optimizing a variety of programs across diverse teams and cultures. Experience leading global teams and cross-functional projects.
* Ability to a conduct needs assessment and skill gap analysis along with creating a business plan to successfully close identified skill gaps.
* Ability to think strategically while delivering practical large-scale projects.
* Effective at building relationships and establishing credibility with key stakeholders, listening to and gathering enterprise-wide feedback. Demonstrates compassion for colleagues across all business functions and levels.
* Proven track record in managing vendors and optimizing those relationships.
* Ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively; self-motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines in the context of competing priorities and projects.
* Highly creative and innovative; proven ability to conceptualize and communicate strategies, ideas and business solutions utilizing data and analysis tools. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in the environment to advance goals.
* Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, and communicates with confidence (written and oral).
* Knowledge of current learning systems, technologies, and assessment tools.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point and Learning Management Systems.
* Some domestic and international travel necessary.
