Senior Director - Sustained Funding - Measures, Metrics, and Data Analysis

Summary:
As a Senior Director on the Sustained Funding effort, you will be an individual contributor who will plan, coordinate, and actively manage the delivery plans for complex, cross-functional solutions for Sustained Funding, a top company priority focused on the strategic alignment of work and resources across the enterprise. This position requires a high degree of strategic competence, strong ability to collaborate horizontally, excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills. You will work across program workstreams and company functions, at all levels, to develop and implement solutions and repeatable processes. In addition, you will create executive level content and coordinate cross-functional events.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accountable for aligning multiple large, complex programs consisting of multiple efforts.
- Makes connections across teams and work streams to drive identification and facilitation of interdependencies.
- Consults with various stakeholders and leadership to define and operationalize functional performance measurements.
- Oversee measurement operations to address discrepancies and ensure quality.
- Accountable for defining the program structure and creating a single, unified plan to deliver on the program objectives.
- Drives for clarity on objectives, priorities, and measures.
- Accountable for identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks and issues, and removing impediments.
- May lead or mentor program managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience.
- 5 or more years of metrics and data analysis
- 7 or more years of program management experience in technology and/or business functions.
- Multiple years of experience in team management
- Experience with project management methodologies & SDLC.
- Working knowledge of project management / agile tooling.
- Financial team management
- Understands how software is developed, tested, and implemented as well as technical concepts.
- Ability to work closely with engineers, product managers and business leaders.
- Experience managing large scale, cross-functional initiatives using a variety of delivery methodologies (i.e., waterfall, agile, lean, scrum, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to dig into details, learn, ask questions, and become the "go to expert" on certain concepts and topics.

Compensation Range:
Pay Range - Start:
$118,510.00
Pay Range - End:
$169,300.00
