As the Sr. Director of Operations, you will lead the internal operations and systems teams.  You will develop to ensure the internal road map plan is fulfilled based on agreed upon milestones and ensure the quality of deployments, you will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the operations teams fulfill the needs of the business and assists with delivering on the navigation plan goals. 

Objectives:

  1. Create, maintain, and communicate Operational Roadmap for Systems, Strategy, Security, and Data Governance
  2. Ensure consistent delivery of enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure daily operational excellence
  3. Partner with Operations Business Stream Managers to improve SaaS business practices across the organization

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high performing team of Managers with a diverse range of skills and experiences
  • Communicate Organization vision, strategy, and priorities that drives progress towards technology roadmaps
  • Oversee agile project management, system development, quality assurance, and security processes ensuring visibility and predictability for internal stakeholders
  • Develop Metrics pertinent to System Development (Project Delivery, Cycle Time, Quality SLO) and Internal Customer SLOs
  • Create environment for all Business Streams to be self-governing organizations who are accountable for their own performance and delivery commitments
  • Ensure team members are held accountable to their commitments, and rewarded for exceeding their goals
  • Exhibit a desire for continuous learning and sharing of new knowledge within the organization
  • Ability to communicate with and understand the requirements of professional staff in area of specialty and communicate these requirements to technical and non-technical staff
  • Encourage new ideas and accepts mistakes, failures, and successes as date for future innovations
  • Listen with empathy and concern to all employees reinforcing an open-door policy

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, and/or other enterprise related software
  • Bachelor's Degree or greater in Information Systems or related degree, and/or relevant experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience leading operations at a SaaS company
  • Deep experience with documenting and creating process flow maps
  • Prior experience leading a billing management transition, and Business CRM implementation
  • Process improvement facilitation experience required
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across multiple workgroups and departments
  • Expert at setting SMART goals/objectives for employees to deliver desired business results
  • Exposure to Chargebee is a plus!

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday-Friday, between the hours of 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
