Job Description
The Sample Room Associate is responsible for the proper movement and accountability for product samples.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, tag and shelve all incoming samples, file paperwork
- Prepare samples for walkthrough meetings and turnovers
- Prepare and Transfer samples within Sundance departments as needed
- Answer Sample question and update information in RDC
- Print out PI sheets and assist with prompt information for RDC.
- Check and prepare samples invoice for accounting
- Pack and return unwanted samples to vendors
- Assist in packing and processing of samples to be sent to the Outlets
- Assist in coordinating all aspects of Sample Sales.
- Help sample room staff with any other project when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized sample room
- Dispose of all packing materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous work experience desired
- General math skills required
- Collaborative and self-motivated

This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday.
Standard work hours are M-F 8:00am-4:30pm.
