Job Description

The Sample Room Associate is responsible for the proper movement and accountability for product samples.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, tag and shelve all incoming samples, file paperwork
• Prepare samples for walkthrough meetings and turnovers
• Prepare and Transfer samples within Sundance departments as needed
• Answer Sample question and update information in RDC
• Print out PI sheets and assist with prompt information for RDC.
• Check and prepare samples invoice for accounting
• Pack and return unwanted samples to vendors
• Assist in packing and processing of samples to be sent to the Outlets
• Assist in coordinating all aspects of Sample Sales.
• Help sample room staff with any other project when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized sample room
• Dispose of all packing materials

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous work experience desired
• General math skills required
• Collaborative and self-motivated

This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday.

Standard work hours are M-F 8:00am-4:30pm.
