Tonic is seeking a forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and experienced enablement leader to join our Revenue Operations team. This critical role will be responsible for building out our Enablement functions, managing and driving growth across Tonic’s Sales, Customer Success and Sales Development teams. This is a highly collaborative role and an exciting growth opportunity, in which you will consult with senior leadership teams across the Revenue org to identify skill gaps, make enablement solutions recommendations, and lead enablement execution to drive business outcomes. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the various Revenue teams in their training and development needs
  • Execute on the day-to-day, tactical elements of revenue enablement programs, including design, content curation, delivery, and ongoing support
  • Coordinate and provide documentation, change management, and training on sales strategy, tools and processes
  • Field inquiries from the revenue teams, and act as a liaison to Revenue Operations
  • Proactively evaluate and identify gaps in existing processes and enablement resources and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Support the management and maintenance of Revenue Enablement tools and software
  • Assist with special projects as needed to improve the effectiveness of the revenue org

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in a sales enablement role 
  • Strong experience in developing and executing innovative sales enablement solutions in a technical B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Knowledge of the enablement tech space, including tools such as Gong.io, LinkedIn SalesNav, Outreach, etc.
  • Deep knowledge of B2B sales methodologies and go-to-market motions
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with demonstrable confidence explaining technical topics
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and stay flexible through growth and change
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build positive relationships at all levels of the business
