Ensono is looking to expand their growing dynamic sales team with the addition of a Renewal Specialist.
The Renewal Specialist is a strategic thinker who will partner with our internal sales team and external clients to maximize renewals, identify new business opportunities in the renewal process, and innovate the way Ensono approaches renewable opportunities.

The Renewal Specialist is a strategic thinker who will partner with our internal sales team and external clients to maximize renewals, identify new business opportunities in the renewal process, and innovate the way Ensono approaches renewable opportunities.
In this role, you will:

  • Work with Client Partners and customers to maximize Ensono performance on renewals and help drive sales
  • Support the renewal governance process by consolidating relevant data and working with the Client Partner and support teams on a strategy to drive the best outcome
  • Proactively consult with customers and collaborate with Client Partners to close renewal opportunities
  • Identify new business opportunities in the renewal process and consult with Client Partners, Consultants, SAs, and Product Specialists
  • Develop innovative new ways to reach renewable opportunities

What you will need to succeed:

  • College Degree and 5+ years in technology services sales with some mainframe sales experience
  • Proven success in working enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated proficiency of written and verbal communication skills (including technical writing and presentations) with ability to communicate and collaborate effectively both internally and externally
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems and opportunities
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
