Relationship Manager (Remote, US)

As a Coleman Relationship Manager, you will be principally responsible for supporting our Relationship Management team to grow revenue and market share across a global book of business driving critical account growth. Your role will be responsible for sourcing new customer leads and deepening relationships with prior and current users. You will partner closely with Strategic Relationship Managers to prepare outreach plans and execution strategies.
Responsibilities:
Business Development (new users, cross-selling & up-selling within existing user base)
- Map organizational charts of prospect organizations to identify new business leads, decision makers and key relationship managers
- Source/identify new business development opportunities within a global book of business through prospecting and lead generation to maximize revenue
- Conduct in-person and over the phone meetings with new, current and prior users
- In conjunction with Strategic Relationship Managers, create detailed client maps of current and potential end users to identify additional sales opportunities
- Follow-up on downgraded projects for feedback and solicit new projects
Sales Administration
- Track all sales related activity through sales enablement tools/CRM
- Verify lead lists and add active leads to CRM
- Verify client contact information and update records accordingly
- Assist Strategic Relationship Managers to book meetings and organize client visits/roadshows
- Help to plan and organize client events
- Work with Marketing on brochures, collateral and other supporting materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of related sales experience
- Proven success record and exceeding of quota/targets
- Sales/account management experience within Financial Services and/or Consulting preferred
- Ability to develop long-standing relationships with senior level client contacts
- A self-starter with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment
