Regional General Manager at Elemy

As a Regional General Manager (“RGM”), you will lead our rapid growth in Autism Care in one of our focus regions. Specifically, you will be fully responsible for the top and bottom line results of your region, family and clinician growth, quality of care, and family and clinician satisfaction and retention. You will oversee a large direct, globally distributed team of corporate and clinical staff and you will be a critical cross-functional leader across Growth, Product, and more. You will draw on previous experience to develop growth strategies, create business models, and leverage data to assess team success and improve service delivery. 

What You’ll Do

The RGM will report into the Head of the Autism Care organization. The responsibilities of the regional RGM will be to:

  • Join the Autism Care leadership team with a critical say in company-level decisions and strategies. 
  • Own full responsibility of regional metrics, including: delivery of clinical outcomes, revenue and contribution, clinician and family growth, employee satisfaction and retention, family satisfaction, clinical utilization, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify top talent and build the management team across the organization. Recruit, retain, motivate, and develop high-performing employees.
  • Craft and execute the long-term strategy for Elemy’s operations and develop the process, technologies, and people that will drive growth and profitability in partnership with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business Development.
  • Balance supply and demand in your markets, ensuring supply isn’t a bottleneck for growth or a drain on profitability. 
  • Create and maintain a culture of speed, accountability and employee engagement across all locations and disciplines.
  • Provide thought leadership over all aspects of operations as well as customer, clinician, and internal systems for Elemy with the ability to balance quality of care with growth and scalability. 
  • Define, measure, and optimize KPIs reflecting every part of your business.
