The Role
We seek an Operations Leader focused on rapid growth and execution of the day-to-day needs of our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) business line in Central and Southwestern Ohio.
This is an opportunity to do things differently and provide a better experience, better services and better outcomes for people in the I/DD community.
What we're looking for
- A servant-leader with a passion for helping improve the lives of the people they lead and the people they serve
- A positive, growth-oriented mindset
- Experience starting new programs and expanding into new territories
- 7+ years experience serving people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
- Bachelor degree with training and education relevant to the I/DD field
What you will do
- Build a team of leaders and caregivers to establish a thriving I/DD-focused organization including mobile services, respite services, day services & both periodic and full-time residential services as well as increased access to psychiatric and physical health services
- Assist in locating and establishing new facilities and homes to provide services
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the full landscape of persons served, guardians, self advocates, statewide advocacy organizations, state / county / city officials and care managers
- Help the broader Circulo team of healthcare experts and IT experts bring innovation to the I/DD community
