RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Converge in common test tools, automation framework, more re usability etc. bring unification of various testing decisions between various QA in different projects
  • Has knowledge on how to incorporate quality into software delivery pipeline (architecture, quality of code, deployment and release process, quality of testing process, etc.)
  • Proficient with quality of non-functional attributes
  • Has experience building efficient quality processes from scratch or significantly improving existing
  • Manage the Daily/Weekly activities of the Test Automation & Functional testers and support the onboarding of new team members
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, colleagues and/or customers
  • Contribute to program/project review meetings
  • Support Quality Assurance Management in determining status, assessing problem areas, suggesting, and reviewing corrective actions
  • Directing/planning necessary extra work, and rework and re-plan activities
  • Work with project stakeholders to determine the appropriate quality initiatives
  • Support Quality Assurance Lead in upward stakeholder management and day-to-day
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other IT services, IT solution functions and customers to expedite delivery of IT solutions
  • Work within quality assurance frameworks to ensure stability, efficiency, and scalability
  • Take responsibility for integrity of testing and acceptance activities and coordinates the execution of these activities
  • Provide authoritative advice and guidance on any aspect of test planning and execution
  • Assist in the development of quality assurance and testing policies, standards and procedures, processes, and best practices as related to through a Community of Practice


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar; Master's degree in Computer Science
  • 10+ years of work experience in Quality Assurance of which at least 5+ years of experience in test automation development or combination of development and testing experience
  • Strong exposure in resolving the Automation scripts, modify the Automation Framework
  • Strong experience in Stakeholder management, Monthly reporting and Setting Automation Best practices across the enterprise
  • Experience in REST & SOAP API testing, preferable tool set SOAPUI, Groovy Scripting
  • Experience in integrating the test suite with CI/CD pipeline
  • Financial Services and/or Wealth Management experience would be huge plus
