Infosys is seeking Lead who can Windows and Vmware track. This role requires close partnership and collaboration with other Business Stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts. Should be able to interact with the different architecture, platforms, application and infrastructure teams to understand and design the solution.

Required Qualifications::

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Evansville IN, USA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Information Technologies
• Involving in designing, maintaining and determining Premium Brands complex Windows operating system server Infrastructure requirements, providing advice and Subject matter expertise to install and maintain complex Hyper Converged Network Infrastructure DELL EMC VxRail and Cisco UCS blade Servers in data centers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with complex and multi-tier live windows production servers and issues pertaining to server network and hardware, replacing defective components when necessary.
• Windows server performance analysis, root cause analysis, Server patching.
• Resolving user related incidents, Service request Fulfillment, Problem Management, IT Operations Control, Change Evaluation, and Change Fulfillment via Ivanti
• Managing, developing and optimizing "VDI Infrastructure" as per Premium Brands Day by day changing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Track operational delivery for the team• Experience in handling technical meetings with customer stake holders• 4-6 Years Avamar Experience• 5-7 Years Data Domain administrator• Troubleshooting and resolution of faults• Provide automated solutions as applicable through shell scripting and Ansible Tower
