About the Role:
The Supervisor, Professional Services oversees the work of a team of BI/Data professionals participating in a project team or client engagement with responsibility for performing BI development, data conversion, and Crystal Report writing tasks and producing quality deliverables. They perform in both people management and a technical leadership capacity.
What You'll Do:

  • Establish schedules for the BI/Data team and track progress.
  • Provide input to shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of Epicor's professional services business.
  • Monitor and communicate internal expectations on key business metrics such as utilization, revenue generation, responsiveness and communication to clients, client satisfaction, and employee education.
  • Work within Epicor to ensure that all professional services operational functions are aligned with company objectives and client needs.
  • Coach team on methods of staffing and project delivery to accelerate backlog consumption and increase revenue, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and success.
  • Answer sales and consulting questions for new customer discoveries.
  • Participate in pre-sales presentations, services planning, proposal response, proposal preparation and work planning development.


What You Need to Succeed:

  • Expert-level SQL Server programming experience (used for almost all integrations), including SQL Agent, SQL Mail, and SQL Server administration knowledge
  • BisTrack application knowledge
  • Effectively communicate with customers, field consultants, executives, and co-workers.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Analyze customer problems and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ability to present in sales meetings, face to face, or remotely.
  • May work at client site from time to time.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.


Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • 7+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 2+ years managing and developing employees
  • 2+ years of product support or consulting experience preferred
  • Ongoing technical certifications to keep up with industry
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
