An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Global Pricing Operations Director for Honeywell Corporate located in Charlotte, NC.

Reporting to the Vice President of Pricing, this position will lead and manage all aspects of pricing operations strategy, implementation and reporting with a goal of driving efficiency and effectiveness in price list management, discount reduction and optimization standard price waterfall analysis and initiatives. Identifying and analyzing price data from a variety of ERP systems and PROS guidance and control using best practices, standard methodologies, and tools to drive full adoption and develop standard work.

Key Responsibilities:
• Track all Price list updates and compliance across all Honeywell GBE's
• Develop and deploy standard work for all pricing roles
• Drive full adopting and benefit from all pricing tools deployment such as PROS Control, PROS Guidance, PROS insights and Price Desk etc.
• Implement a coherent efficient and effective pricing Management Operating System across all levels and businesses within Honeywell
• Implement, track & report schedule of executive approval, discount management, Price waterfall analysis and target price metrics by product lines / customers
• Lead price operations organization strategically through change and deliver on goals set for the organization
• Build consistent and sustainable Pricing practices to deliver value across businesses
• Lead organization strategy through change and deliver on goals set for the organization
• Ensure consistent reporting and communication of pricing strategy, deployments, and progress globally

YOU MUST HAVE:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or IT
• 5+ years of experience in pricing operations

WE VALUE:
• MBA is highly desirable
• Highly desire pricing management tool experience on SAP, PROS, Tableau
• Ability to translate strategy to execution
• Results minded with a focus on execution
• Significant experience in financial analysis, sales, marketing, data management, IT / digital tools
• Extensive experience in similar leadership role
• Transactional pricing toolkit and value toolkit experience
• A proven track record of leading cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated results in large, complex, matrix organizations
• Excellent planning, execution, and project-management skills
• Integrative thinker
• Ability to deliver on complex situations or problems
• Ability to convey information with clarity and directness
