Plate Module Group Leader -F11X
Job Description

F11x is looking for a Plate Manufacturing Group Leader to lead the ramp, continuous improvement, and flawless delivery of multiple technologies and products. On-site presence is required.

Selected candidate will:

  • Manage a team of process engineers to safely drive 24x7 operations and processes. Lead their team in ramp and production activities across multiple tech nodes in strong partnership with Yield and other stakeholders.
  • Manage both ramp/prod and development process engineers to support and enable their process sustaining, development, and equipment needs for current and future technologies.
  • Work closely with partner Shift Group Leader to ensure operational success across the 168-hour team.
  • Own driving their team and personal development, including performance management of direct reports. Create an environment that cultivates and reinforces best in class group values, norms, and behaviors.
  • Responsible for ensuring that their team is capable of the Development/Ramp/Prod PE scope.
  • Demonstrate ability to collaborate with cross-functional/cross-company teams including equipment and material vendors, driving process improvements to achieve electrical, yield, and cost performance targets on schedule, and achieving world class manufacturing sustaining metrics.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Present a coherent summary of experiments, results, learnings, and next steps to higher level of technical team/management
  • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of aligned area process and equipment fundamentals
  • Have managed small to medium sized teams and demonstrated the ability to inspire and grow team members in a dynamic and fast-paced fab environment.
  • Engage closely with tool vendors. Drive escalations and ensure resolution to any process and/or equipment problems and set strategic requirement roadmaps.
  • Lead definition of equipment and yield roadmap to meet requirements, goals and milestones for a new technology process.
  • Own tool installation and qualification of both First-of-a-Kind and Second-of-a-Kind/ramp tools.
  • Drive improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity and safety/ergonomic over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment, and operating personnel.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/higher degree (Technical/Engineering/Operations Management)
  • 3+ years first-line manager experience


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Plating technologies
