We are seeking an experienced, best-in-class Partner Enablement Manager to manage and deliver ongoing sales and technical enablement programs to the HashiCorp partner network. You will join the global sales enablement and productivity team as the lead Partner Enablement professional, partnering with HashiCorp subject matter experts to ensure the partner network is equipped with the resources they need to be successful. 

The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment focused on building a market category in an expansion market (strategic thinking who will roll up their sleeves to get things done). This position requires strategic thinking and tactical execution to deliver measurable outcomes.

This position will report to the Vice President, Sales Enablement & Productivity, and duties will include the following:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HashiCorp partner enablement strategy and program
  • Build and maintain the partner learning paths and content section in the HashiCorp  learning management system (LMS) to provide a comprehensive network of resources to support ongoing knowledge management & onboarding of new partners
  • Work with partners and partner sales and SE managers to structure onboarding and enablement plans aligned to a partner’s focus and needs then facilitate the successful execution of the plans
  • Collaborate with partners, partner business managers, and subject matter experts to accelerate the delivery and adoption of partner-focused training programs and certifications related to product, sales training, or other enablement assets or processes
  • Manage ongoing, enablement-related partner communication, partner capability assessments, certifications tracking and internal partner reporting
  • Enable the HashiCorp worldwide field organization to effectively engage with the HashiCorp partner network
  • Actively participate in internal product enablement initiatives, to enable all partner roles to perform at their highest potential by understanding how to use our products & why

Qualification and Desired Skills:

  • BA or BS degree
  • 5+ years in channel management including partner enablement and onboarding, or experience managing the training and enablement of sales and delivery organizations.
  • Proven project & program management experience
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; ideally experience collaborating with  external technology partner organization and sales teams
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
  • Training, marketing, partner recruiting and/or product management experience a plus.
  • Must offer creativity for the deployment of training initiatives linked to business outcomes
  • Self-motivated team player able to prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced, environment
