The Optimization Associate will be responsible for assisting all aspects of Advisory operations including the execution of existing processes, reporting, and development and execution of new initiatives.
This role is 100% remote from any U.S. state.
Responsibilities:

  • Execute the day-to-day flow of requests from all areas of the business
  • Participate in the planning and execution of new initiatives impacting Advisory
  • Coordinate with other departments on projects, tests, and processes
  • Work with Sales, Service, and Operations Leaders to increase controllable AUM and enhance delivery of our client-centric service
  • Produce reporting for Advisory Teams and Senior Management
  • Work on a wide variety of one-off projects


Qualifications:

  • Expertise in or desire to learn to use Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau software
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Comfort working on multiple projects simultaneously and ability to change focus quickly
  • Ability to take direction and work with autonomy
  • Strong verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Ability to work closely with Senior Management and maintain strict levels of confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and collaborative

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
