JOB TITLE: Operations Supervisor

Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of experience in a supervisor role.
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows PC operating system.
- The ability to be self-sufficient and a team leader.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide support to the Manager, team support and direction, build, and maintain team morale. Handle day-to-day operations, promote a positive work environment, possess strong communication skills, be able to multitask.
- Supervising workflow
- Delegating tasks
- Ensuring deadlines and performance standards are met
- Train staff as needed
- Handle monthly reporting and projects
