Job Summary

Our Operations Specialists represent the Rocket Brand to their clients. As an Operations Specialist, you will review various documentation, including income, identity and credit information, self-employment verification, etc., to ensure it meets acceptable guidelines. You will also check and analyze the final figures of a loan for accuracy, as well as be responsible for identifying process gaps and opportunities to support continuous improvement and automation in the business.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to spot process gaps to ensure continued automation and process improvement in our business area
  • Effectively communicate with clients using written and verbal communication methods
  • Analyze documents and data to verify accuracy and identify any items that pose a risk or compliance conflicts
  • Review existing policies and guidelines to ensure loans comply when determining qualification
  • Identify data gaps and request required documents to meet investor guidelines and/or policies
  • Manage a loan pipeline daily to address any items that delay loans from progressing through the process
  • Monitor existing policies and guidelines to ensure loans comply with any policy or guideline changes
  • Consistently meet minimum production goal numbers and quality metrics
