Job Description (Posting)

PMP certified (not required but beneficial), a person with this certification will have the industry knowledge of how to measure the traditional triple constraint for project success (cost-scope-schedule).
CSM certified (not required but beneficial), a person with this certification will have the industry knowledge of how Agile teams and Agile frameworks work.
5-10 years experience leading infrastructure type projects (network infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, voice, etc.)
Senior level in terms of comfort level in driving a project and driving teams to work on project(s). This person cannot be intimidated about sharing his or her thoughts openly when a project or feature is not meeting standards. Stays high level and does not get down in the weeds too often (focus on project success not task or clerical type work). Excellent written and verbal communicator.
Asks lots of questions in order to uncover or foresee project blockers, then is proactive about mitigating project blockers. Not afraid to reach out for help from manager or team members.
Organizational-Reporting skills for capturing project information (good experience in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Prefers to share information, not withhold it. Has the courage to show project is red or yellow.
Collaborative with team members and prefers relationship orientation over task orientation for getting things done.
Open to change: willing to help team members work through organizational changes.
Experience with Suppliers and Procurement, particularly Global Procurement of equipment, shipping, invoices, customs, etc. Experience using Ariba a plus.
Experience with project financials (i.e. understands difference between OPEX and CAPX costs, labor costs, understands depreciation, basic budgeting and forecasting)
Experience using Clarity and Rally (nice to have).
Flexibility to work odd hours from time to time given various OPS shifts and global time zones.

(1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
