The 704 Games team, based in nearby Orlando, work on our NASCAR games franchise. In Moscow, Russia, we have a first-class development operation delivering the very latest technology for our future products as well as additional development and esports operations based in England. Our UK office is just metres away from the main entrance to the home of British motorsport at Silverstone Circuit.

We are looking for an Operations Manager. You are motivated to solve problems, streamline processes and shatter glass ceilings. You can communicate with diplomacy and tact to get everyone on the bus. You are a triple threat - results-oriented, action-oriented and people oriented.

We are an operations support team that enables our publishing, development and esports teams to deliver great racing game and esports experiences to customers and fans of virtual racing.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of our teams around the world
• Analyse and improve organizational process and workflow improving our overall effectiveness
• Increase efficiency of support services (office administration, purchasing, IT)
• Manage relationships with key vendors
• Review and approve operational invoices and submit for payment
• Streamline equipment approval and ordering process
• Organize and maintain cost reporting for vendors and subscriptions
• Drive cost savings in operational spending
• Keep track of and organize facilities needs in all our locations
• Support the budgeting process with up-to-date data about operational spending
• Project manage key projects as needed

Requirements

• Experience in either game production operations or in advertising sales operations, or a similar applicable skillset from other industries
• Experience with complex multi- stakeholder communications, both written and verbal, in the context of both long- term project planning and in day- to- day operations
• You have an ability to build strategic business- to- business partnerships based on strong understanding of both parties' strengths and needs, including at a distance across time zones
• Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated business judgement in generating insights and actionable next steps from complex data

• Preference for video gaming industry experience
