Please review the following job description:

Manages department/functions with moderate to high level of technical complexity and strong understanding of high potential of risk to the client and company and very broad in scope across the enterprise. Focuses on the achievement of the most efficient disposition /resolution of complex daily work, assuring handling in a timely compliant manner to mitigate and control risk. Leads department projects and is a participant in goal planning for the division. Acts as a liaison with internal clients and vendors to enhance service requirements and processes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and communication and analytical skills.
2. Ability to prioritize, delegate, follow up and expedite all issues daily.
3. Ability to motivate teammates and client groups to take desired action.
4. Lead and execute on the strategic direction and organization goals of the operations team
5. Responsible for providing client support through streamlined processes, integrated systems and cost effective services to ensure accurate and efficient processing and enable superior revenue growth while maintaining/reducing costs.
6. Develop and implement best practices in the related processes and procedures they manage (If applicable).
7. Proactive leader with the ability to be influential and establish positive working relationships with internal teammates and client.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. College Degree or equivalent work experience.
2. 6 years' experience in banking operations or retail/commercial banking.
3. Strong PC skills to include a good working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
4. Experience with project coordination and budget preparation.
5. Excellent knowledge of financial industry applicable laws such as Patriot Act, AML and BSA.
6. Experience with SOX reporting and audits.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. College Degree with a focus on business or accounting or 4 years management experience in a related area of bank operations.
2. Functional understanding of systems/applications specific to area of responsibility
3. 3 year managerial or supervisory experience

4. ABL (Asset based lending) experience

5. Knowledge of AFS loan system a plus
