What you will do:
- Work as part of our network onboarding team to help new partner companies prepare for life as part of the growing Teamshares network and announce the transaction to their team
- Collaborate with a small, close-knit team to maintain alignment on materials and customer needs for a variety of active transactions
- Provide unparalleled, high-touch, support across all channels, to help our business owners as they progress through the transaction with Teamshares
- Collaborate with our legal and diligence teams as part of the transaction closing process
- Coordinate schedules for other internal colleagues and network leadership to travel in support of local announcements on a monthly cadence
- Travel 1-4 days a month to meet with our partner companies in person
What you will bring:
- 4+ years of experience in an external-facing, Customer Success, Implementation Consultant, Onboarding Manager or similar role
- Exceptionally detail oriented with a bias towards action
- Experience managing a team is a plus
- Confident and strong verbal communicator
- Comfortable managing frequent professional email communication
- Basic experience with Google suite + Google drive
- Able to apply structured processes to ambiguous situations
