What you will do:

  • Work as part of our network onboarding team to help new partner companies prepare for life as part of the growing Teamshares network and announce the transaction to their team
  • Collaborate with a small, close-knit team to maintain alignment on materials and customer needs for a variety of active transactions
  • Provide unparalleled, high-touch, support across all channels, to help our business owners as they progress through the transaction with Teamshares
  • Collaborate with our legal and diligence teams as part of the transaction closing process
  • Coordinate schedules for other internal colleagues and network leadership to travel in support of local announcements on a monthly cadence
  • Travel 1-4 days a month to meet with our partner companies in person

What you will bring:

  • 4+ years of experience in an external-facing, Customer Success, Implementation Consultant, Onboarding Manager or similar role
  • Exceptionally detail oriented with a bias towards action
  • Experience managing a team is a plus
  • Confident and strong verbal communicator
  • Comfortable managing frequent professional email communication
  • Basic experience with Google suite + Google drive
  • Able to apply structured processes to ambiguous situations
