The Opportunity

This position is responsible for clearing applications that are pending for Ally Bank. You will encounter a variety of different accounts opening such as Checking, Savings, IRA, Trust, and more! This position is for you if you are trying to get into banking. In this position, you will get to learn the processes of other business lines as well as Ally products and services.

Two shifts available! The schedule is hybrid - you can work the weekend shift at home, Only 1 day in the office is required, you pick the day!

1. Thursday 8AM-4PM, Friday 8AM-4PM + Saturday 12PM-7PM EST or CST

2. Sunday 12-4PM, Monday - Thursday 4PM-8PM EST or CST

The Work Itself

  • Serve as a primary contact for the resolution of Sales Force issues
  • Assist with the research needed to resolve all bank inquiries
  • Interact with the Customer Call Center, Ally Bank customers, as well as non-customers
  • Recommend procedure/policy changes needed to avoid/reduce future new account issues
  • Complete various reports to management
  • Work to reduce percent of accounts in pending to within Bank standard


The Skills You Bring

  • Customer Service/Call Center experience highly recommended
  • Banking operations experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills are essential
  • Proficiency in Windows-based PC skills (Microsoft Office) is required
  • Ability to multi-task and to effectively process diverse workloads concurrently
