Network Education Specialist

How will this role have an impact?

This role will report to our Senior Manager - Onboarding & Education.

As a member of Signify Health’s Education team, you will plan, create, and implement high-quality training materials to communicate complex, technical information to our clinician network to help improve the success of Signify Health products. A team player with strong relationship skills, you will work cross-functionally within and outside of our team to develop and disseminate clinician training. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who blends creativity and strategic thinking with a relentless focus on outcomes. 

 What will you do?

• Create new and adapt existing content/courses for online and blended environment
• Design and support development of content
• Manage revisions or updates for training

• Write effective instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts, technical documents, etc. that explains complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Plan, organize, develop, and update procedures and manuals
  • Research, develop, and document technical design specifications and test scripts
  • Identify and help implement urgent and long-range educational materials
  • Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
  • Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
  • Communicate with product designers and developers to understand product details
  • Analyze and manage existing and potential content
  • Make high-quality documentation that meets standards, is appropriate, and easy to use
• Continuously review training in the LMS to improve and enhance the learning experience and outcomes for our clinicians
• Develop, coordinate, and maintain the mapping of learning activities within the LMS to help manage training and updates
• Be a subject matter expert regarding clinician training
• Manage maintenance of content, assessment of content and collaborate with other subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to generate best practices for clinician education
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet reasonable operational and/or other requirements
  • Identify best digital training format/channel
• Direct training/education conferences when needed
• Activate clinicians in the LMS and assign necessary training when needed
• Ensure no clinician begins project without required training
• Manage Annual Compliance training for all active clinicians
• Be a resource for external educational/sales/marketing materials development
• Create, review and maintain educational materials, including web-based materials, PowerPoint presentations, Adobe Captivate modules, and all other media types
• Create and maintain reports for compliance, onboarding, education, and any other training provided by Signify Health
• Communicate effectively with recruiters, credentialing and onboarding team regarding clinician training
• Answer clinician questions regarding process and documentation of medical evaluations in a knowledgeable manner
• Work diligently to ensure all communication to clinicians is accurate and consistent with Signify Health guidelines
• Ability to work occasional overtime, weekends, and on-call

 We are looking for someone with:

• A./B.S. degree in business administration, computer information systems, educational technology, or instructional design strongly preferred
• 3+ years of proven experience working in a technical writing position or similar role
• Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for clinician network
• Experience with curriculum development and/or eLearning development and publishing with e-learning standards like SCORM and AICC
• Expert project management skills specifically with technical and creative projects. Knowledge of agile methodology and framework a plus
• Demonstrable experience working in a metrics-oriented marketing environment, comfortable with analytics and KPI’s
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to finish with strong cross-functional stakeholder collaboration
• Proven working experience in digital learning course and content development
• Knowledge of course development software
• Lesson and curriculum planning skills
• A self-starter, own the work, question the work, make the processes better without having to be asked
• Strong problem-solving and analytics skills
• Establish & implement best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
• Design, document, build, test & deploy enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboards within Salesforce
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of internal and external groups in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in ClickUp, WalkMe, SalesForce, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Storyline is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets functions (pivot tables, index/match, vlookup, conditional statements, etc.) is a plus
