Come join US Sales supporting the Small Business & Self-Employed Group (SBSEG) as a Senior Manager (Manager 2) for the Partner Sales Channel Build With Professional Services Organization. The Partner Channel is one of the fastest growing Sales Channels at Intuit. We have declared that partners are at the strategic center of the work that we are doing as a company.

The Partner Channel Build With Professional Services Team helps Partners successfully build their QBO Ecosystem practices through technology adoption, integration, migration, and usage. The Professional Services Manager candidate will have a proven track record of creating delightful experiences for customers and employees (motivational), embracing fast-moving environments (change leader), understanding SAAS and industry technology, building strong and productive teams, and innovating.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven 5+ years of leadership in (SaaS) partner organizations; Tech environment, complex solutions, SaaS offerings (PM, Support, Build With, Etc.)
  • Strong technology and business leadership experience, preferably working with Partners.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong drive for results and building high performing teams that consistently deliver
  • Demonstrated communication & collaborative skills with ability to influence & work cross-functionally



How you will lead

  • Contribute to the development and execution of Build With strategies for Partners to adopt the QuickBooks Online Ecosystem, building a world class SAAS cloud partner ecosystem
  • Build a high-performing team and demonstrate ability to drive strategies to effectively balance both short and long term priorities. Lead Migration Factory efforts (data migration from one software to QBO).
  • Lead team of product/solution experts that help partners transform their business by utilizing our products
  • Managing day-to-day operations, utilization, and capacity with the internal team and our partners.
  • Provide continuous support, coaching, and training that builds skills of all employees
  • Lead organization through change and help the team respond to change, adaptability.
  • Cross collaboration and influence, externally with partners and internally with peers, product, marketing, care, ops - optimizing the cross-team relationships, representing the voice of partners, and solving for partners
  • Create an environment of innovation, build processes to optimize and innovate, quickly test new ideas, using our innovation practices, combining data and insight to learn and innovate rapidly
  • Technical Skills to include problem identification, system/solution architecture, tech stack design, implementation, testing, solution deployment, practice/solution development.
  • Provide product and technical expertise through sales cycle, pre and post sales. Assists the sales team in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and preparing detailed specifications for the development and implementation of customer solutions.
