Description and Requirements
Market Place business manager will be responsible for executing our strategy in Market Place i.e., Amazon, E bay, Rakuten, Lazada, Shopee etc. at Global level for business. This person will work with a cross matrixed team of individuals from IT,4P, marketing, Resellers and shall identify incremental revenue streams & Create a business plan to Enable Point Of Sale (Marketplace website) & After the point of sales solutions,
Additional responsibilities include:• Drive Market place Software & services revenue and Pen rate• Identify & enable, POS & APOS opportunity across Market Place geographies.• Drive LPOS revenue for eCom Partners• Business development with ECom Marketplace resellers & add new resellers• WW initiative adoption in countries• Identify incremental revenue stream & Create a business plan to drive services revenue• BMS with Marketplace Partners & country Spocs• Develop new solutions bundles and offers for Marketplace & take concurrence from Countries• Weekly review & action planning with eCom Services focal, DG & Country Teams• Enablement of services on Marketplace with the help of eCom sales team & Segment services Spoc of the country• Identify Gaps and opportunities in each country by studying Market place customer behavior, product sale, and attach rate of competition on the marketplace & share best practices with countries.• Create & maintain a quarterly promotional calendar for the marketplace by Partnering with eCom focal & marketing on Services Pen rate improvement through ESS, POS (partner website)/APOS.• Study Market place data analytics
Basis Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of experience
Preferred Requirements
in-depth knowledge of products and services, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
Have an understanding of services portfolio, web promotions, opportunity gap analysis, Articulation of a Website journey & ability to perform with a cross-functional team to deliver against the set KPIs.
Can differentiate offerings and articulate the Lenovo value proposition against the competition, to ensure the best potential to win in sales opportunities.
Ability to sell services, software, peripherals and other categories of Lenovo products while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the entire order journey
IT enablement process for an ecommerce offering
Selling to SMB in Ecommerce space (not mandatory)
Advanced MS Office skills necessary.
