Who we are looking for
We're looking for a Manager, Global Payment Operations.

We are hiring an experienced manager to join our Nike Digital Global Payments Team based at Nike HQ.

We are looking for someone to lead and handle global end-to-end payment performance process from a business/financial perspective including managing payment economics, opportunity pipeline, internal/external payment relationships and influence gift card and loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, understanding of global payments to include gift card strategy, loyalty program, and card/payment economics!
What you will work on
You will be responsible for driving product and program strategy, operations, and partnerships to promote spend and profitability. You will lead teams to build and scale our payment products with new partners, help handle existing partner relationships and develop the go-to-market strategy for the Nike payments ecosystem. You will help illustrate the value of payments within the consumer experience. You will work and handle concurrent initiatives across payments which will have broad implications across multiple Nike business partners.
Who you will work with
You will be part of Nike Digital Direct Operations, while working collaboratively with Nike Digital Commerce, Nike Direct, and external partners; in addition, you will work closely with Global + Geography cross-functional teams. This includes, but is not limited to Nike teams across the following functions: Legal, Digital Product, Engineering, Membership, Treasury, Controlling, Partnerships Team, and Finance.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or experience in a related field required, MBA preferred or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
  • 5 - 7 years proven experience in ecommerce payments, preferably with global experience
  • Experience with payment loyalty schemes, payment card, gift card and membership economics
  • Proven experience optimizing conversion of the checkout funnel, demonstrating payments as a key differentiator in order to drive outstanding buyers, revenue and retention
  • Strong eye for business and technical proficiency - ability to investigate with product partners, internally and externally to build and gain support for vision and lead teams through successful execution
  • Experience working with vendors, partners, third parties; relationship building skills
  • Skilled in the art of managing without authority, ability to implement and influence outside the direct organization
