About the Role

The Ground Operations team is responsible for managing and executing the operations of Veho’s delivery business. As an outcome-oriented team within a startup environment, we work on a diversity of strategic, operational, and hands-on projects, including business analytics and process implementation. You will report to the Head of Regional Operations for the Southwest.  As a Program Manager on this team, you will be responsible for scoping and analyzing programs, designing experimental solutions, and implementing strategic processes to ensure your regional team is delivering on its core objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to craft, maintain, and monitor progress on key business results.

Responsibilities Include:

• Help build reporting, and drive towards the achievement of quarterly and annual team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to address key business challenges in your region (which can and should be scaled)
• Leverage company data and analysis products to recommend improvements and opportunities for better outcomes for customers, drivers, and shippers
• Provide program management expertise including project plan creation, workflows, project timelines, project documentation, project updates, and governing processes

What You Bring:

• 3-6 years of experience that includes project management, analytics, and problem-solving
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and processes using project management best practices across a range of stakeholders, including our leadership team
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable shifting priorities based on new insights and business needsCan understand and interpret data to drive business improvements SQL, PMP, and Six-Sigma certification is a plus but not required
• Can think critically about problems and priorities, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quoCan effectively collaborate with other teams across the organization
• Is detailed-oriented, and an excellent verbal and written communication
