The Position

Manager, BillCo Renewals

 

What We Need

A leader of our Loyalty team focusing on Billing Company users. This Supervisor will lead a team of employees taking inbound calls from customers requesting to cancel. You will analyze quantitative and qualitative customer metrics to identify early indicators of possible cancellations and empower your team to make outbound calls to proactively address the customers issues.



Your Area of Focus

  •  Retention specialist: specialize in churn reduction strategies and implement process changes across departments 
  • Map Kareo solutions to the customer’s unique business and technical requirements to ensure strategic long term value
  • Understand the customer’s relevant business challenges while functioning as a trusted advisor for “best practices” and drive adoption of Kareo solutions within your assigned accounts
  • Agility: respond to the needs of your team with confidence and ease
  • Provide outstanding customer support to our top MRR clients with their Kareo products and services and troubleshoot the clients technical difficulties with the platform 
  • Resolve clients issues and questions while working closely with our internal team and external partners 
  • Provide a positive image for Kareo to customers by cheerfully assisting customers with problems 
  • Provide training to empower customers to use Kareo to improve their operations as well as becoming a subject matter expert on Kareo's software and the medical billing process in general 
  • Work closely with customers to retain their business and build a long lasting relationship 
  • You will work closely with billing company account managers and will provide support to enterprise customers 
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure a positive customer experience 
  • Help improve Kareo's product and processes by contributing to the development of the departments plans and the strategy using your unique insight into the challenges faced by our clients and acting on our customers’ behalf as their advocate 

 

 

Your Professional Qualifications

  •  4+ years’ experience working in retention specialist or sales related role
  • Business acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence change at all levels
  • Effective at driving motivation on team objectives 
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple personas and financial aspects of contracts
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact, communicate and build relationships with all levels of personnel from administrators to executives
  • Billing or healthcare experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or demonstrated equivalent experience
