We’re making an innovative sports product that brings a new digital collectible experience to all fans. We're looking for a passionate Sports fan who wants to create the most exciting new collectibles and bring the live operations team to the next level.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge and experience of Live Operations on a game or live product, capable of managing quick changes and shifting priorities, creating transparency, fostering curiosity and taking ownership of your goals.

As a Live Operations Director, you will be responsible for creating a calendar for events, structuring a team for timely content delivery, iterating on experiments with a focus on data, coordinating stakeholders for impactful deliveries and growing the product, all while liaising with technical teams to explore ongoing iterations to rendering, tools and workflow.

A deep passion for Futbol/Soccer along with a keen attention to detail is required to be successful in this role.

• Manage the team that creates the digital collectibles and provide a reliable delivery pace with transparency, predictability and flexibility.
• Be responsible for the quality of the assets created, coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.
• Set the course for the team's growth and provide opportunities for growth and development of team members.

• Experience in team coordination/management.
• Experience running a Live Ops team on a game or live product.
• Extensive knowledge of the professional Futbol/Soccer leagues, the athletes, their history and what fans want
• Deep understanding of fans and the culture of sports fandom
• Excellent and up to date knowledge of game rules and terminology
• Experience with sports collectibles/trading cards and the collector mindset
• Confident team collaborator who is comfortable taking direction or setting direction
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
