Learning Director - CAO & Enterprise Programs
Learning Spec
Develops, designs and implements comprehensive organizational employee learning and development programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of individuals and the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensuring HR employee development strategies are in line with the business vision and mission through formulation of effective strategies, plans, policies and procedures.
- Developing appropriate employee development policies and standards to ensure effective, fair and equitable management of company staff.
- Monitoring all processes linked to development and performance management to drive personal ownership and commitment to own and/or subordinates' career development.
- Providing advice and support to functional heads and line managers to help them develop realistic career/development plans that reflect an appropriate balance between personal aspirations and company views.

Additional Key Responsibilities:
- Work with leaders in the CAO to determine learning needs, strategy, and solutions
- Work with the enterprise Learning & Development team to lead enterprise programs and initiatives
- Work closely with our internal Learning Experience Design team on creative designs that enhance the learner experience for CAO learning and enterprise learning programs
- Work closely with external vendors to provide relevant learning content to our associates
- Utilize tracked trends to make impactful decisions around methods for effective learning delivery that reflects our rapidly evolving corporate environment
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of Program/Project Management related to learning programs and/or adult learning experience.
Desired Experience:
- Experience driving enterprise level influence
- Experience working with senior leaders
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred
- Formal education in Adult Learning or related field of study
- Ability to build relationships and credibility quickly, and consult along lines of business.
- Strong needs analysis and solution design skills for complex solutions and strategic business initiatives
- Demonstrated success working in a complex organizational matrix, balancing competing L&D needs
- Exceptional program management skills and solid understanding of change management principles
- Strong communication and presentation skills one on one or in groups small and large
- Experience measuring and reporting the impact of learning solutions on business results
Base Pay Range: $94,900/yr. - $158,100/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
