Job Description

Summary:

At Accuray we are transforming our supply chain and positioning it to support our exciting growth agenda. We are looking for an experienced, high-energy Lean professional, eager to put their experience into practice to help accelerate our transformation. Areas of focus will include procurement, suppliers, and logistics as well as manufacturing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Daily Management Rigor, in support of operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Supporting Strategy Deployment, in support of transformational objectives and initiatives
  • Driving implementation of Lean Continuous Improvement methods, with accountability for business results
  • Training, Coaching and Mentoring of Lean Continuous improvement methods, to develop organizational competency
  • Analyzing, Value Stream Mapping and Modeling our current and future state, to identify opportunities, entitlements, targets



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field such as engineering or supply chain management
  • Strong practical experience with Lean Six Sigma methods
  • Demonstrated skills in change leadership, influence, communication
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to break down complex topics into simple actionable messages
  • Strong strategic thinking, ability to thing and align long term and short-term objectives
