Job Description Qualifications:
The Boeing Global Services - Government and Commercial Supply Chain Execution, Planning, and Global Warehouse and Distribution organizations are seeking multiple team members for various global programs based out of the Boeing Facility in Dallas, TX. These roles will support multiple phases of the Supply Chain Value Stream including forecasting and execution specialists who support market trends and inventory decisions as well as warehouse business operations. Additionally these roles will support execution of supply chain solutions both internal to the Boeing Company as well as with external customers and suppliers. All roles will contribute to process improvements, performance dashboards, and adherence to schedules and budgets for Boeing led programs. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to; role harmonization, process harmonization, change impact analysis, system enhancements and order maintenance while maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners.
This role will be based out of the Dallas, TX site.
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities:

  • Applies supply chain concepts using technical knowledge of SCOR model practices
  • Prepares forecasting projections to influence inventory decisions
  • Prepares and executes request for material requirements
  • Resolves request for assistance within the Supply Chain value stream
  • Drives decisions that support internal/external programs, customers and product/order commit dates
  • Optimizes execution of the supply chain, balancing inventory, supply orders and scheduled demands
  • Monitor, analyze, identify trends and take action on Key Performance Indicators
  • Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements.
  • Leads and monitors customer allocation and delivery schedules and projections for significant customers.
  • Provide Program timely communication, leadership and continuous process improvement.
  • Adaptable, able to work in a constant change and fast paced environment.


This position could require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Confidential Pre-Start and final U.S. Confidential clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

  • More than 8 years of experience in supply chain management, Logistics Support, or Materials Management
  • More than 8 years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
  • Experience in data analysis
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment is highly desired
  • Experience implementing process and/or strategy improvements and an applied understanding of Lean practices
  • Experience in a role requiring strategic planning (asset/program management)
  • Communication skills, collaboration, and customer focus are critical to be successful in the role
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field


Typical Education/Experience:

  • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
