Job Description As an experienced Infrastructure Support professional, your relentless dedication to innovation will have a positive ripple effect on both innovation and the people who make it. You'll put your experience to work across the board, leading an incredibly talented team in areas like change management, incident management, and problem management. You'll be responsible for management communication and client relationship management. You'll use your critical thinking skills to establish the team's functional goals and set priorities and objectives that align with our overall strategy. You'll oversee areas like incident management, change management, impact identification, management communication, risk and controls, client relationship management, service improvement, discovery/gathering/documenting of business needs, data and requirements. You'll coach, manage and mentor people, both in-house and in working collaboration with our talented and dedicated problem-solving technologists across the JPMorgan Chase & Co. global network.

As a member of our Infrastructure Application team, you will dive right into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You'll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to develop and deploy large scale infrastructure solutions that supports JPMC's diverse and critical businesses. You will be using the latest technologies, data management and security practices in all aspect of software development. Critical thinking, clear communication and collaboration are key to success product delivery.
The Data Protection team within CTC has a mission to deliver encryption, key management solutions and services to the Firm's businesses, applications and infrastructure partners to satisfy their requirements. A strong drive of the team will be on delivery and offered products to reduce risk to the firm.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience (ideally 10+ years of experience)
  • Ability to create performance testing plans
  • Ability to create performance / QA scripts using load runner or Jmeter
  • Ability to define performance tuning measures.
  • Ability to provide test results / recommendation to management
  • Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages: Python, Java, PERL, or PowerShell
  • Experience in: Unix/Linux environments, cryptography, log collection and aggregation - SIEM, database, networking, traffic analysis, security software development.
  • Understanding or have experience with agile and lean philosophies
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with clear communication
  • Ability to collaborate with different roles to achieve common goals
  • Strong understanding of cryptographic key management strategies.
  • Experience working with PKWare, Thales, Vormetric, Gemalto KeySecure or Luna devices and management platforms
  • The ability and mindset to fully own the production environment; to identify production issues, design and develop enhanced monitoring solutions and automate fixes for those issues.
