Qualifications
Open to candidates pursuing Bachelors, Masters or PhD degrees in relevant disciplines. We seek candidates with a passion for building a creative company culture that is collaborative, multidisciplinary, and committed to make a transformative impact on our industry. To be successful in this role, we look for passion in technology innovation, adept technical skills, and excitement about working in a dynamic environment. A demonstrable track record of success in functioning as part of a project team is essential.
The candidate should be:
- Enrolled in an academic program with a major in Chemical/Biomedical/Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Bioengineering, or a discipline relevant to the internship project
- In good academic standing within their program and the university
- Highly motivated and passionate about the biopharmaceutical industry and learning about industry technology
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Able to work both independently and under supervision
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Skilled in teamwork, adaptability, problem-solving, innovation, and integrity
- Able to complete 10-12 consecutive weeks of work between May and September
