About the Integration Specialist Position: 

We are looking for a talented and fast-paced Integrations Specialist with customer facing experience to utilize ETL tools and provide support for internal and external customers utilizing STORD integrations. It is a vital role for on-boarding our enterprise customers and suppliers to our platform.

This role is open to fully remote employees living or willing to relocate to one of these states: GA, MO, TN, TX, CO, CA, NJ, FL, AL, NY, MI, OR, IL, OH, NC, UT, NH, LA and IN

What You'll Do: 

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers to understand and resolve issues related to integrations
  • Own ETL related updates and deployments for production support
  • Collaborate with the Integration Lead to develop new integration processes based on customer requirements
  • Use API clients (Postman) to test and troubleshoot API endpoints
  • Review, interpret, and map EDI messages
  • Track progress and provide regular on assigned tasks to Integrations Lead
  • Maintain existing mappings, respond to alerts and provide root cause analysis

What You'll Need:

  • 2 to 3 years as a business analyst, product analyst, engineer, or a comparable role
  • Strong communication skills, specifically navigating business and technical conversations
  • Understanding concepts like data flows, API calls, and the mechanics of software integration
  • Experience in a client facing role, including presenting concepts to clients
  • Interest and comfort level working for a small, nimble startup.

Ideal candidates may also have:

  • Experience specifically with integration, API, ETL, or comparable projects
  • Experience using an integration platform-as-a-service product (Boomi, Mulesoft, Snaplogic, etc.)
  • Domain expertise in digital commerce, warehouse technology, ERP, or order fulfillment & logistics technology
