Functions: 

• Liquidity : Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and execution roadmap, to become a global liquidity provider;

• Product : Structure products packages for client segments to establish product-market fit. Analyse competitors products and features. Conduct cohorts analytics to generate product hypotheses and A/B: Analyse sales channels for best growth potential. Improve UI/UX for mobile and WEB. Manage implementation of new products: Margin Trading, Futures and/or Options instruments;

• Mertics: Ensure most of our projects are top 1 by liquidity in CoinGecko and CMC as measured by slippage, spreads and client order success;

• VC-tokens: Make us the largest market for VC baked tokens by building a listing process via VCs partnerships, growth managers and token analytics;

• Large traders: Develop HFT API infrastructure, manage marketing and onboard of large traders and partnerships with traders aggregators;

• Business: Sales, profit and loss responsibility for the entire trading business. Definition, monitoring of the company's relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set;

• Team: Hire and develop team of products, developers, traders, sales, analysts, and UX. 

Requirement skills and experience: 

5+ years of managing high-load, low-latency, high throughput trading platforms.

Experience in implementation of margin trading, derivatives and OTC trading products.

Strong team management skills, can hire, manage and motivate champion developers.

Have an architectural vision of high load trading systems.

Client-oriented, test the product and understand traders' pains.

Experience in analytical systems.
