WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an aggressive strategist who is motivated by the thought of solving sophisticated, dynamic problems at the intersection of omni-channel retail & operations. This person can approach strategy from 100k feet while also rolling up their sleeves to project & program manage partners. This role will deliver concepts & solutions to drive Nike forward.

They can effectively lead multiple partners & develop visions, frameworks, & plans that resonate at all levels of our organization. We are looking for a leading perspective on the solution, that can integrate feedback & drive consensus across Nike's Commercial & Operational functions.

Does who we are looking for sound like you?
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
This role will work on building the future of Nike Direct Omni-Channel Operations; identify & drive strategic & operational projects that enable Nike to transform into an omni-channel operation. Projects including but not limited to:

  • Analytics and root cause analysis to identify key opportunities within the Nike Direct retail fulfillment space (both omnichannel and brick & mortar)
  • Modeling, analytics and case development for connected inventory concepts & scenarios in the omnichannel marketplace
  • Benchmarking e-commerce and retail businesses, tools & solutions that promote effective operational alignment for multi-node and omni-channel fulfillment
  • Strategic & Operational operating model development

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Insights in Global Marketplace Operations - Nike Direct you will partner closely with our Digital, O2O, & Stores MPO Teams, Geos Partners, & Global Commercial & Inventory functional partners.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field; or combination of relevant education, experience, and training ( 2 additional years of experience required in combination of relevant education and training)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Operations/Supply Chain, Project Management, Retail/Inventory Planning, and/or Strategy with dynamic responsibilities and a track record in delivering results
  • Experience in a multinational consumer products environment, and with omni-channel fulfillment network strategy, inventory and returns flow
  • Knowledge of retail processes used for analysis, planning, ordering, replenishment, inventory balancing and performance management
  • Advanced level proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote.

Preferred:

  • Experience in strategy/management consulting, agile technology development methodologies and/or advanced analytics
  • Experience with advanced analytics concepts & tools for data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI) & data preparation (SQL, Alteryx).
  • People management and team development experience
