Remote Based Position with 20% Travel

What You'll Build:
As StructionSite's Executive Assistant, you will oversee all administrative operations for members of the senior leadership team including maintaining and organizing overloaded calendars, coordinating travel, expense report support, project management. This role requires expert-level professionalism, unparalleled discretion, professional agility, and stellar attention to detail. You will be at the heart of the action and a valued extension of the efforts of our organizational leaders.
Responsibilities:

  • Support our CEO primary and cofounders/ leadership team at large. This position requires periodic travel (20%) within the US.
  • Calendar management for CEO which includes reading, researching, and routing correspondence. Coordinate cofounder and leadership meetings.
  • Attend board, investor, and management meetings to provide note taking & distribute action items.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors & internal Marketing team for company events and logistics for a 70+ growing employee population.
  • Build effective relationships with every leader, employee, and help foster team morale.
  • Support internal and external communication. Prepare and coordinate with the design team on presentations and content for company-wide meetings.
  • Help organize office logistics and optimize our processes for remote work culture.


Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in the technology industry
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a remote environment
  • 4+ years as an administrative project manager role supporting C-suite
  • Must be able to work PST hours
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment on a distributed team
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment. Ability to balance taking direction and working collaboratively on teams as well as being highly independent on daily tasks
  • Superior organization skills with outstanding attention to detail
  • A strong sense of urgency and personal accountability; you take the initiative to make things happen
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn and encouraging
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, "get-it-done" attitude
  • Able to build relationships across all levels of the company and is considered "the glue"
  • An expert listener that builds trust with coworkers
  • Professionalism in every interaction with a respectful and welcoming demeanor
