As an End User Support Lead with Equifax, you will provide technical leadership and expertise needed to support our day-to-day end user computing environment for Equifax employees in US and Canada. This position is responsible for leading efforts to maintain and operate a rapidly growing infrastructure topology. The ideal candidate has a very strong understanding of all End User Technology concepts, ITIL based service management, experience managing and monitoring infrastructure along with knowledge of advanced and leading edge technologies. In office expectations - this role sits in our St. Louis office.

What you'll do

  • This person is expected to demonstrate innovative approaches to solving the unique challenges encountered and be able to maintain the security and integrity of Equifax's End User Computing environment.
  • Coordinate configuration/installation and extensive troubleshooting of PC hardware and software, resolving escalated issues.
  • Create enterprise-class technical solutions for laptops and desktops to push end user innovation.
  • Implement hardware and software testing.
  • Direct end user training and documentation.
  • Provide status reports, problem summaries, and project status as required.



What experience you need

  • 5+ years minimal working knowledge of Win10, Active Directory, SCCM, Google Workspace, iOS, and/or Android
  • 5+ years of experience of laptop support: software, hardware, and OS
  • 1 to 3 years experience as a technical support / end user support lead
  • Minimum of 2 years understanding dependencies between user communities and technical teams that impact end user functionality (i.e. Access Manager, Messaging, EPM, IAM)
  • Minimum of 2 years remote troubleshooting experience



What could set you apart

  • MacOS 10.12-10.14
  • Technical school degree, Associate's degree, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Google certification is desirable, but not required
  • Experience supporting Google Productivity tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) highly desirable
