About the Role: 

The Enablement & Training Associate will be responsible for executing a comprehensive training curriculum and facilitating training for internal team members for all global locations (New York, London, Singapore, Texas, Australia).

 

This includes training for our revenue generating functions, including the areas of but not limited to; onboarding, processes, product, and development of live and on-demand training for a global sales audience. As part of the People & Culture team, reporting to the Manager of Learning & Development, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technology, People & Culture and Product Leadership to determine training priorities. This includes building new content for processes, products, Go-to-Market, industry knowledge and defining metrics to track the impact of training as well as communicating updates to the team and ensuring that our content library is maintained and kept up to date. This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a proven track record in enablement, onboarding training and building client relationships. 

What You'll Do:

  • Increase team productivity by executing high-impact training
  • Develop training and define metrics to gauge the impact of training
  • Ensure that teams have been effectively communicated to about process changes and product enhancement
  • Create & maintain open lines of communication across departments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify training needs and requirements
  • Collect feedback about training and adjust content as needed
  • Become an expert in our product and industry 
  • Deliver training both virtually and in-person (post Covid-19 restrictions) 
  • Train teams on productivity tools and reporting capabilities (i.e., Salesforce, Domo) 
  • Create and maintain enablement content and supporting educational materials (i.e., best practices, pitches, process docs) 
  • Analyze sellers and post-sales to identify skill-gaps and tailor training plans accordingly 
  • Partner with marketing to plan and training events at annual sales meeting 
  • Develop, track and report on training metrics and effectiveness (time to ramp, closed sales, etc....) 

About You | Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1+ years’ sales experience in a SaaS platform technology company 
  • 3+years’ experience in sales enablement and sales training 
  • 1+ years’ experience leading training on sales productivity tools (i.e., Salesforce) 
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint 
  • Up to 10% travel required to host live training sessions at various locations 

About You | Other Characteristics:

  • Proven ability to take concepts, best practices, and turn them into engaging live trainings 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, learning environment 
  • Prior experience tailoring content and delivering to a global audience 
  • Competence & Confidence in presenting virtually and in-person to teams of 50-200+ 
  • Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing is highly desired!

About You | Nice To Have:

  • Experience selling into and/or managing accounts with CMOs and other C-Suite in a B2B environment 
  • Experience cultivating Executive & C-Suite confidence 
  • Knowledge of Basic Consultative practices 
  • Basic Instructional Design Knowledge 
  • Knowledge of WorkRamp or other LMS’s strongly preferred 
  • Experience with reporting and analytics 
  • Works well with Ambiguity

Expected Compensation (Dependent upon Experience & Location):

Base: $60,000 - $64,000

Additional Compensation: $3,000 - $5,000


Pay Transparency:

We are committed to paying our team equitably for their work, commensurate with their individual skills and experience. Salary Range and additional compensation, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, are determined by a rigorous review process taking into account the experience, education, certifications and skills required for the specific role, equity with similarly situated team members, as well as employer-verified region-specific market data provided by an independent 3rd party partner.
