Summary:Leads the delivery and execution of reliability and related shared services for ATS. Partners with operational and functional leadership to leverage subject matter expertise and build knowledge "pollination" networks to further enable process adoption. Supports the maturity, performance, and financial elements of all FMS reliability and related shared service initiatives. Leads Reliability 360, reliability engineering, and Business Analytic programs, as well as providing leverageable support to strategic and functional team members.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

• Leads all reliability centered initiatives across required FMS and ATS business units.
• Supports all machine health monitoring programs and is seen as a key partner in related business development and growth.
• Ensures organizational orientation to reliability and related shared service metrics, processes, and business analytics.
• Provides strategic focus, planning and accountability for FMS operational and functional leadership teams and is a support agent to the ATS / FMS Strategy and Vision.
• Leads organizational change management and implementation efforts to support FMS and ATS strategic deliverables.
• Supports the ATS culture through a servant leadership mindset and develops a highly influential team with a "change agent" mentality.
• Responsible for all team P&L and other financial requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of manufacturing operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strategic thinker that understands both process and cultural impact (short term / long term).
• Able to lead large scale strategic initiatives and ensure process integration with all impacted teams.
• Ability to drive and influence change in an organization and ensure alignment with affected team members.
• Highly skilled at communication and presentations.
• Thorough understanding of factory maintenance processes and systems.
• Must have a strong continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to interact with customers and employees at all levels.
• Strategic understanding of operating systems, service delivery methodology and reliability standard models.
• Proficient at creating and managing relationships (both internal and external).
