YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Director of Ecosystem Partnerships, are to:

  • Develop a clear and concise ecosystem strategy of partners to support the Radiology Digital Solutions roadmap and business objectives;
  • Create a process map for managing partnerships, pipeline, and their distribution agreement status;
  • Coordinate internally with multiple stakeholders to define a viable distribution agreement with the partners for Radiology Digital Solutions business;
  • Manage a funnel and partnership scorecard for tracking of lifecycle of partner onboarding and offboarding aspects;
  • Negotiate pricing, service levels and support requirements with partners in line with the business objectives;
  • Scout for partners and inform the product roadmap with newly identified partners that will enhance Radiology Digital Solutions portfolio;
  • Attend industry conferences to establish and promote Bayer Digital ecosystem for attracting vendors towards commercial success;
  • Collaborate closely with procurement and legal departments to develop consistent distribution agreement templates and guidance for efficient onboarding of new partners;
  • Be the voice of partner within Bayer Digital Solutions for day-to-day tracking of issues and resolutions with the partners towards joint success;
  • Develop a database of partners to develop a consistent funnel and method for onboarding of partners into the ecosystem;
  • Coordinate the checklist and process guidance for onboarding of the partners in collaboration with cross-functional experts (regulatory, legal, medical, product management, technology, Research and Development (R&D));
  • This position will be a residence-based/remote role, preferably located within the Eastern Time Zone (but others will be considered);
  • Visa sponsorship may be offered for this role.

Your success will be driven by your demonstration of our LIFE values. More specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Master's degree in a Science, Business, Computer Science and/or Information Technology field;
  • At least 10 years of experience in Medical Imaging Technology and/or Software Technology and Software as a Service (SaaS) product companies;
  • Established, successful track record in HIT (Health Information Technology), specifically in regulated environments with technical understanding of radiology and radiology workflow offerings strongly preferred;
  • Proven business acumen;
  • Proven ability to work in a large international company within a matrix organization;
  • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes with virtual teams;
  • Experienced leadership, communication and displaying interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional, multi-cultural teams as well as business partnerships;
  • Strong drive for results and delivery of objectives;
  • Willing to travel internationally to global meetings and International Congresses (up to 50%);
  • Experience in working with partners and AI vendors in establishing PACS/RIS partnerships.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • PhD Degree;
  • Experience with Health Information Technology products and/or ecosystems;
  • Proven experience in establishing digital ecosystem and partnership programs;
  • Experience with radiology/cardiology and/or medical device product domains.
